Why is a website I am trying to access blocked despite being in a region without restrictions?

Puffin’s cloud servers are located in the US and Singapore. As a result, websites will receive the IP address of our servers instead of your actual whereabouts.

Although Puffin passes your IP to websites via X-Forwarded-For, those that do not use this standard cannot accurately detect your region.

If you would like a website to know your real location, please ask them to support X-Forwarded-For.
