How do I delete my Puffin 365 Account?

You will need to first unsubscribe. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://www.puffin.com/account/sign-in.php
  2. Log in with the account and password you used previously.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription under Subscription.
  4. Specify the reason why you want to cancel.
  5. Your subscription is now canceled.
  6. Please email us at puffinbrowser+FAQ@cloudmosa.com and let us know you want to delete your account.

We will process your request as soon as possible.
