Payment Methods & Policy of Puffin 365 license
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, only credit cards are accepted as payment. We take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Other payment methods will be considered in the near future.
What are the differences between monthly and yearly plans?
Both plans have the same features. *Note: Auto-renewal can only be turned off for the annual plan. You will be able to continue using Puffin until your subscription expires.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
Both subscription types auto-renew by default. If you wish to stop using the service, you may cancel anytime on the monthly or the yearly plan. After cancellation, you can continue using Puffin until your remaining subscription period expires. We will stop charging you as soon as the current billing cycle ends.
What is your refund policy?
We unfortunately do not offer refunds in the middle of a billing cycle to prevent any service interruption. If you cancel auto-renewal of the service, you can continue using Puffin until the next billing date of the monthly plan or the yearly plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
If you cancel before the end of the cycle, you can still use the browser until the subscription expires. However, if you cancel during the evaluation period, your evaluation period ends immediately.
What merchant name will be listed on my credit card / bank statement?
It will be under "CloudMosa, Inc.".
Why was I charged twice for my subscription?
You may see a temporary authorization charge of USD $0.01 on your credit card account. This is to confirm that your card is valid, and will be removed within 7-14 business days. If the charge still remains, please contact your bank/card provider.
