Problems with Subscription on Google Play

At times, the Google Play Store struggles to identify current subscriptions when there are multiple accounts signed in.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Clear your Google Play Store and Puffin cache through the steps below:
    • Device Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store / Puffin -> Clear Cache
  2. Reboot your device and log in again with the account that has an active subscription.
