Connection issues on Puffin Browser for Android

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Reboot your device
  2. Restart your WiFi/Mobile data connection
  3. Once step 1 and 2 are done, try connecting to our servers again.

If the connection issue persists, please provide us with your connection log by following steps:

  1. Leave Puffin open for 3 minutes when the connection issue occurs.
  2. After 3 minutes, launch the Puffin menu and click 7 times on the data saving icon.
  3. Send us an email with your connection log attached.
  4. Email us at puffinbrowser+FAQ@cloudmosa.com once step 3 is completed.
