Connection issues on Puffin Browser for Android
Please follow the steps below:
- Reboot your device
- Restart your WiFi/Mobile data connection
- Once step 1 and 2 are done, try connecting to our servers again.
If the connection issue persists, please provide us with your connection log by following steps:
- Leave Puffin open for 3 minutes when the connection issue occurs.
- After 3 minutes, launch the Puffin menu and click 7 times on the data saving icon.
- Send us an email with your connection log attached.
- Email us at puffinbrowser+FAQ@cloudmosa.com once step 3 is completed.
