How do I install OS updates?

Due to caching, the Updater app may fail to retrieve the correct package in certain instances.

We recommend performing the steps below before installing an OS update.

  1. Long press the Updater app.
  2. Tap App info.
  3. Tap Storage.
  4. Tap CLEAR DATA.
  5. After clearing data, launch the Updater again.
  6. Tap the refresh icon to find the update ready for installation.
