Why is my license quota quickly maxed out when using Puffin Cloud Isolation?

Every browser/profile/incognito window is regarded as a separate client, even if used on the same device.

For example, when you activate Puffin Cloud Isolation on Chrome with:

• 2 different profiles
• 1 incognito window
